Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to stand for extended periods
- able to work flexible shifts
- legal authorization to work in the country
- basic English communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- willing to learn and follow company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in coffee making or customer service preferred but not required
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- passion for coffee and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the store
- provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
- operate coffee-making equipment with skill and efficiency
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
