Job Requirements
- 2+ years of barista or coffee shop experience preferred
- Knowledgeable in coffee brewing methods and espresso machines
- Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy and poise under pressure
- Flexible and available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in basic computer and POS systems
- Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance
- Multilingual is a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Cash handling and basic computer literacy required
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly
Job Duties
- Provide warm, personalized service to every guest
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Prepare coffee and specialty drinks with attention to quality and consistency
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with confidence and care
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, workstations, equipment, and surrounding areas
- Handle cash, card, and other forms of payment accurately
- Assist with stocking, inventory, and monitoring supplies
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism or escalate to a manager when needed
- Maintain accurate records of transactions using POS systems
- Follow health, sanitation, and safety standards
- Display integrity, honesty, and accountability in all guest and team interactions
