Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior ServSafe certification required
- experience in food service or barista role preferred
- ability to work varied shifts including early mornings or evenings
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- capable of following food safety regulations
- customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders using standard recipes
- enters orders accurately into POS and handles payments
- replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness of service area
- ensures proper food presentation and follows HACCP standards
- maintains sanitation of equipment and utensils
- greets customers courteously and ensures customer satisfaction
- serves customers efficiently to prevent delays
- explains menu items accurately
- promotes sales through good communication
- keeps food displays attractive and neat
- performs other assigned duties
