Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable transportation to work
- legal authorization to work in the country
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or retail is preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- knowledge of coffee products is a plus
- willingness to learn and adapt
Job Duties
- Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- prepare high-quality specialty coffee and beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- adhere to health and safety guidelines
- restock and inventory supplies as needed
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
