Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Barista experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash and POS transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work variable part-time shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation standards
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of espresso and coffee preparation
- Familiarity with food safety and HACCP standards
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders using standard recipes
- Enters orders accurately into POS system
- Accepts cash and card payments
- Replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies
- Maintains cleanliness of service area and equipment
- Ensures proper food preparation and presentation according to standards
- Greets customers courteously and ensures customer satisfaction
- Serves customers efficiently to prevent delays
- Explains menu items accurately to customers
- Applies selling techniques to assist customer purchasing
- Maintains attractive merchandising of display foods
- Performs other duties as assigned
