- Prior customer service experience
- willingness to obtain Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications within 90 days
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare delicious coffee drinks and serve food items with attention to presentation and guest preferences
- keep the cafe clean, organized, and well-stocked, from pastries to retail displays
- share knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience
- handle transactions accurately and maintain the cash drawer in line with company policy
- follow safety and sanitation standards, ensuring all equipment and food areas stay clean and compliant
