Job Requirements
- previous barista experience is preferred
- weekend availability is required
- ability to work part-time 15-30 hours per week
- must be able to work shifts of 5 to 7.5 hours
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- create memorable 'WOW' moments for customers
- assist customers with orders for Starbucks services
- provide product suggestions and assist with special orders
- maintain quality service and products by following safety and sanitation guidelines
- respond efficiently to customer questions
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- build trustful relationships with customers
- stock products and displays according to merchandising standards
