Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one
- Eye for details
- Ability to lift 20 lbs or more
- Willing to stand or walk for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings and on weekends, including holidays
- At least 21 years of age

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks according to our recipes and standards
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and service areas
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling transactions with professionalism
- Demonstrate knowledge of our coffee offerings, including origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods
- Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Contribute to a positive team environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
