Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and work areas
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Operate coffee brewing and espresso machines according to company standards
- Restock supplies and ensure inventory is managed effectively
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Support team members and assist with training new staff
