Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the coffee industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in the coffee industry including latte art skills advantageous
- Passion for great service and great coffee
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Good team player with a can-do attitude
Job Duties
- Greeting customers and taking orders
- Ability to dial in Espresso, Fetco, and Pour Over coffees daily
- Maintain stock and prepare stock needed such as house made syrups and cold brewed coffee
- Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for specialty coffee
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Maintain high quality and consistent product standards
- Effectively completing opening and closing duties
- Maintaining the greatest customer service with those guests that are or are not guests of the Freehand Hotel
