Job Requirements
- Able to lift 35 lbs in weight
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including espresso and coffee machines
- Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Adherence to safety and food handling procedures
- Compliance with local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
- Able to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather
- Must be flexible
Job Qualifications
- Fully conversational in English
- Proficient with computers and able to process information through the POS system
- Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food handling procedures
Job Duties
- Greet guests quickly and pleasantly with a smile
- Respond to all guest questions, orders, and concerns
- Prepare beverages per OTG specifications
- Maintain superior coffee knowledge that can be communicated to guests
- Sample coffee and tea every shift to maintain quality and improve product knowledge
- Restock and maintain food, beverage, and merchandise displays
- Keep a spotless working environment
