Job Requirements
- Availability to work varying shifts including days and hours preferred
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- compliance with client and Sodexo’s standards and policies
- willingness to complete training and certification if required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required
- ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- team-oriented and adaptable to varying shifts and work environments
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- operate cash register and record all sales
- collect cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
