Job Duties

  • Prepare coffee shop beverages
  • prepare food items according to procedures
  • ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work environment is clean
  • operate cash register to itemize purchases and process payments
  • stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise displays
  • maintain understanding of current store programs and product locations
  • notify department lead or manager when products or supplies need ordering
  • comply with company policies regarding security, cash handling, and product handling
  • maintain clean and well-stocked department and comply with safety and sanitation standards
  • communicate company programs, in-store specials, and coupons to customers
  • follow all PPE and safety guidelines
  • follow all food safety and cleaning expectations
  • follow guest experience guidelines
  • may be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience needs
  • additional responsibilities as assigned
