Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work environment is clean
- operate cash register to itemize purchases and process payments
- stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise displays
- maintain understanding of current store programs and product locations
- notify department lead or manager when products or supplies need ordering
- comply with company policies regarding security, cash handling, and product handling
- maintain clean and well-stocked department and comply with safety and sanitation standards
- communicate company programs, in-store specials, and coupons to customers
- follow all PPE and safety guidelines
- follow all food safety and cleaning expectations
- follow guest experience guidelines
- may be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience needs
- additional responsibilities as assigned
