Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to work morning weekday shifts
reliable transportation or means to commute
customer service skills
ability to stand for long periods
effective communication skills
willingness to learn and take direction

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented and adaptable
reliable and able to foster a healthy and safe working environment
no previous work experience required but preferred
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations

Job Duties

Greet customers and take orders
mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
record all sales and operate cash register including handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
