Job Requirements
- Age 16 plus
- prior barista experience preferred
- customer-focused attitude
- basic math and computer skills
- Oregon food handler's card or ability to obtain one
- reliability and willingness to grow
- ability to work weekends
- ability to pass background check and drug screen
- proper documentation to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Welcoming residents and guests with a smile
- taking and preparing orders including coffee and grab-and-go snacks
- running the register and handling payments accurately including cash and cards
- keeping the Bistro sparkling clean and stocked
- supporting the team during busy meal times
- ensuring every interaction is warm, efficient, and kind
- following health and food safety guidelines
