- One year of retail or related experience preferred
- Good verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- brew, mix and/or blend beverages according to set standards
- Prepare food items according to procedures
- Ensure food and beverages are handled safely and in a clean work environment
- Operate cash register and process customer payments
- Stock items and rotate merchandise displays
- Maintain knowledge of store programs and product locations
- Use check-stand and coffee shop equipment efficiently
- Notify management of product and supply needs
- Comply with company policies on security, cash handling and product handling
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked department
- Communicate store programs, loyalty programs, specials and coupons to customers
- Follow all PPE, safety, food safety, cleaning and guest experience guidelines
- Assist in other departments as necessary
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
