Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
- Answer any questions guests may have
- Call guests by name and thank them for their order
- Prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Provide legendary customer service
- Stay calm during periods of high volume to maintain store operations
- Operate a cash register and receive payments in compliance with brand and company policies
- Keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and decorate customer display areas
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to uphold brand and company values
- Follow operational policies including safety and security protocols
