Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • source and recruit candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
  • conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and culture fit
  • coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidate communication
  • maintain candidate database and recruitment records accurately
  • assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs
  • participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • support onboarding process and new hire orientation
