Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- experience with recruitment tools and platforms
- strong attention to detail
- self-motivated and able to work independently
- availability to work flexible hours if necessary

- strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- source and recruit candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and culture fit
- coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidate communication
- maintain candidate database and recruitment records accurately
- assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs
- participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- support onboarding process and new hire orientation
