Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age by the start of employment
- prior barista experience is preferred but not required training will be provided
- able to work flexible hours that may include early mornings
- minimum physical requirements able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
- must successfully complete all post-offer pre-employment requirements including but not limited to a background check

Job Duties
- exemplifying our padres core values and mission statement
- preparing beverages both standard and customized including tailoring ingredients to customers liking
- providing optimal customer service by engaging with customers while preparing orders
- monitoring inventory and replenishing items as necessary
- ensuring the workspace is clean organized and properly maintained
- performing a variety of tasks as requested within the organization during each shift
