Job Requirements

  • prior experience in customer service or food and beverage service preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
  • answer guest questions
  • call guests by name and thank them for their order
  • provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently
  • adhere to recipe and presentation standards
  • provide legendary service
  • stay calm during periods of high volume to keep the store operating properly
  • set a positive example for the team
  • operate a cash register and receive payment from guests following all brand and HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies and procedures
  • keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
  • act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance the culture, values and mission of the brand and HMSHost
  • follow operational policies and procedures including safety and security protocols
