Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or food and beverage service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- availability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for extended periods

- Strong social skills and ability to meet new people

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
- answer guest questions
- call guests by name and thank them for their order
- provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently
- adhere to recipe and presentation standards
- provide legendary service
- stay calm during periods of high volume to keep the store operating properly
- set a positive example for the team
- operate a cash register and receive payment from guests following all brand and HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies and procedures
- keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
- act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance the culture, values and mission of the brand and HMSHost
- follow operational policies and procedures including safety and security protocols
