high school diploma or equivalent
ability to operate cash registers and handle various payment methods
strong customer service skills
capability to maintain cleanliness and organization
punctuality and good attendance
willingness to adhere to company policies and standards

Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations

Job Duties

greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
record all sales, collect cash, credit card, electronic payments and operate a cash register
clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
