Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one year of barista experience preferred
- current Food Handler's Permit
- must enjoy working with and handling coffee and gelato items
- basic math skills for making change
- ability to interpret policies and procedures
- excellent organization and planning skills
- must possess solid communication skills
- ability to accept constructive review
- possess integrity and a positive attitude
- must be mission-driven and self-directed
- ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
- ensure the quality and freshness of all products and services the cafe provides
- maintain the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the cafe
- confirm pricing accuracy and signage for all products
- ensure the cafe area is cleaned and sanitized daily
- deliver excellent customer service to all customers
- prepare coffee and espresso drinks
- sample and serve gelato
- serve baked goods
- receive and stock product for the cafe
- cashier for products purchased at the cafe
- assist as needed to ensure the success of the bakery as a whole
