Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to the North Ridgeville location
- Ability to follow instructions and operate coffee equipment safely
- English proficiency for effective communication
- Commitment to upholding company values and providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and barista skills is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages
- Provide excellent customer service creating an amazing experience for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and workstations
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
