Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
availability to work full-time Monday through Friday
some coffee experience preferred but not required
ability to operate a POS system
basic cash handling skills
ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to learn
ability to follow HACCP food safety guidelines

Job Duties

Prepares espresso orders using standard recipes and measures
enters orders accurately into POS system
accepts cash and charge payments
replenishes condiments and supplies while maintaining cleanliness
ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
maintains sanitation of equipment and utensils
greets customers courteously and ensures satisfaction
serves customers quickly to prevent delays in service lines
explains menu items accurately to customers
promotes selling techniques through effective communication
performs additional duties as assigned
