- Some customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate espresso machines
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Experience operating espresso machines and preparing specialty coffee drinks preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcomes and connects with every guest
- Delivers legendary customer service with a customer comes first attitude
- Anticipate customer, hotel and department needs by evaluating environment and customers for cues
- Strive to understand and meet the needs and preferences of guests
- Create a positive atmosphere with friendly and warm guest service
- Operate and maintain the espresso machine
- Prepare quality espresso drinks and hot and cold blended beverages to standards
- Process sales transactions through POS register system
- Set-up and maintain pastry bar
- Follow and maintain the hotel’s professional image guidelines
- Work effectively with others and maintain open communication among team members
- Exhibit good judgment in executing all aspects of the position
- Follow operational policies and procedures including cash handling, safety and security
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations
- Regular attendance in conformance with hotel standards
