Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Create, prepare, and serve coffee beverages based on recipes and record drink orders accurately
  • Receive and serve food and drink orders to guests seated at the bar, accept and process guest payment, and report cash and credit card gratuities per IRS standards
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including coffee station and bar tops, wash and sterilize glassware, set up and breakdown all bar items
  • Assist with restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies and report equipment problems and maintenance issues to restaurant manager
