Job Duties
- perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and food items in accordance with established service standards
- clean, sanitize and maintain store standards
- ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- stock and replenish food, beverages and utensils as needed
- maintain adequate inventory and communicate shortages as necessary
- efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable about offerings
- assist with administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockrooms, coordinating vendors
- research and resolve quality and service complaints or issues
- receive, unload and distribute deliveries
- participate in occasional sign waving shifts
- perform other duties as assigned
