Job Duties

  • perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
  • greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and food items according to established service standards
  • clean, sanitize and maintain the store standards
  • ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
  • stock and replenish food, beverages and utensils as needed
  • ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory and communicating shortages
  • efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable about offerings
  • assist with various administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockrooms, coordinating vendors
  • research and resolve quality and service complaints and issues
  • receive, unload and distribute deliveries
  • perform occasional sign waving shifts
  • perform other duties as assigned
