Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
- adherence to health, safety, environment, and quality policies
- ability to provide outstanding hospitality throughout the shift
- professional appearance and uniform adherence

Job Duties
- welcome all guests and make them feel happy they came
- prepare and serve hot or cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
- serve ready to eat foods such as pastries, muffins, biscotti, bagels, sandwiches, and salads
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work and service areas
- operate cash register and be familiar with self-service kiosks
- manage inventory levels, restock and rotate products accurately
- complete necessary HACCP procedures to ensure food safety
- display merchandise attractively
- build respectful relationships with teammates and guests
- follow all safety rules and prevent accidents
