Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cashier experience preferred
- good customer service skills
- basic math proficiency
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- able to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- excellent communication skills
- must be able to work flexible hours including overtime and shift differentials

- basic mathematics skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly

Job Duties
- Greet customers and take food orders
- provide information about menus
- look for opportunity to up-sell products
- strive to meet CORE model to serve guests including eye contact, smiles, speaking enthusiastically, and staying connected
- accurately and efficiently prepare and portion food products from start to final plate
- operate cash register and handle payment transactions accurately
- follow all guest experience and cash handling policies
- clean and stock work area
- assist in reconciling and verifying transaction accuracy and operate equipment
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assist with kitchen-related functions including product assembly and food prep
- mix ingredients using blending machine or manually knead dough
- roll, cut, and shape dough according to desired sizes
- place dough in pans or molds before baking
- receive inventory and maintain knowledge of product and services
- stock, store, rotate, and check temperature of products
- clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
- clean and wash dishes, cutlery, utensils, and cooking tools
