Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous work experience required but preferred
- Availability for varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable with a commitment to a healthy and safe working environment
- Preferred previous barista or customer service experience
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required in some locations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle payments accurately
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Operate cash register and process sales transactions including cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workspaces
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
