Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous barista experience required
- ability to work full-time schedule Monday through Friday
- availability to work 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- ability to handle cash and POS transactions
- strong interpersonal skills
- adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes
- enters orders accurately into POS device and handles payments
- replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness
- ensures proper presentation and portion control following HACCP standards
- maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment and supplies
- cleans equipment and workstation before shift end
- greets customers courteously ensuring satisfaction and relays concerns
- serves customers quickly to prevent delays
- explains daily menu items accurately
- promotes sales through effective communication
- merchandises display foods attractively
- performs other assigned duties
