Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- Prepare food items according to procedures
- Ensure safe handling of food and beverages
- Operate cash register and process payments
- Stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise
- Maintain understanding of store programs and product locations
- Notify management about supply needs
- Comply with company policies on security and cash handling
- Maintain clean and well-stocked department
- Communicate company programs and specials to customers
- Follow PPE and safety guidelines
- Follow food safety and cleaning expectations
- Follow guest experience guidelines
- Perform tasks in other departments as assigned
- Additional responsibilities as needed
