Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work afternoon shifts from 3 pm or 4 pm to 8:15 pm
- Reliable transportation to work locations in Fairview Heights and Swansea, Illinois
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic math

Job Duties
- Greet and connect with every guest
- Educate customers about drinks, merchandise, gift cards, and app
- Take orders, process payments, and maintain cash drawer accurately
- Prepare all drinks to brand standards and speed guidelines
- Keep customers and coworker areas clean and stocked
- Support your team and maintain a positive fast paced work environment
- Show genuine appreciation to every customer
