Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to stand for extended periods
- a passion for coffee and customer service

- knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- familiarity with various coffee beans and blends helpful

Job Duties
- prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espressos lattes and cappuccinos
- engage with customers taking orders and providing recommendations
- create latte art ensuring each drink is beautifully presented
- maintain a clean and organized work area including coffee machines and equipment
- follow health and safety guidelines to ensure coffee quality and freshness
- upsell pastries snacks or merchandise
- handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- provide friendly and efficient customer service ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued
