- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- basic food safety knowledge
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in coffee shop or food service industry is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
Job Duties
- prepare and serve coffee beverages and other menu items
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist in inventory management and store opening/closing tasks
