Job Requirements

Must be 18+ years of age
previous food and beverage preparation experience
responsible beverage service (RBS) certification
adept at being organized and able to multi-task
must possess an energetic, positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment
able to communicate with individuals from different backgrounds using strong interpersonal skills
ability to learn the menu thoroughly and answer food and beverage questions from guests
able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
can perform high quality work while unsupervised
follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
maintain regular and punctual attendance
be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by business demands
willingly perform other reasonable tasks and duties as assigned by management

Job Qualifications

Previous food and beverage preparation experience
responsible beverage service (RBS) certification
ability to communicate with individuals from different backgrounds using strong interpersonal skills
ability to learn the menu thoroughly and answer food and beverage questions from guests
ability to perform high quality work while unsupervised
positive and energetic attitude
good organizational and multi-tasking skills

Job Duties

Greet guests with a warm welcome and a fond farewell
engage them in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
responsible for hand crafting beverages for guests
handle payments on the POS efficiently and accurately
ensure merchandise and goods are stocked appropriately, maintain accurate and up to date inventory
maintain a positive demeanor
upsell additional items offered to enhance profitability
become familiar with the property and surrounding areas, as well as all returning guests and their special requests
multi-tasking and general cleaning to maintain a clean and inviting environment
provide exceptional guest hospitality and service to ensure guests enjoy their experience
perform other duties as assigned
