Job Duties

create personalized experiences for customers by demonstrating knowledge of coffee products and offers
maintain equipment and store environment with attention to quality
craft and serve high-quality coffee and food products
operate cash register and handle money according to policies
maintain general sanitation and cleanliness of the department
assist with baling cardboard and receiving deliveries if trained
follow safety protocols including use of personal protective equipment
communicate effectively with team members and store leaders
support team success and collaborate with colleagues
