Job Requirements

Must have pretty open availability
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work weekends including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Preferred barista experience
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be at least 16 years old

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and take direction
Positive attitude and team player

Job Duties

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
Provide excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Operate coffee-making equipment
Handle cash register and process transactions
Work collaboratively with team members
Adhere to franchise and company standards
