- prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and menu items according to company standards
- operate coffee-making equipment and point-of-sale system efficiently

- handle cash and process transactions accurately
- cooperate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- promote the brand's values by delivering exceptional customer service
