Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally
- capability to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods
- ability to operate basic equipment such as scanners, registers, and coffee machines
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- commitment to punctuality and teamwork

- attended food safety training preferred
- understands and follows proper perishable inventory procedures
- knowledge of food safety requirements including temperature monitoring
- experience with food and beverage processes such as replenishment, stocking, zoning, and rotation
- basic math, reading, and writing skills
- effective social and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- make lasting connections with customers
- prepare coffee products including hot and cold drinks and breakfast foods
- fill and rotate cases and displays including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
- help maintain a clean and sanitary store environment
- uphold and maintain the execution of food and beverage standards
- work collaboratively with the team to ensure an efficient department
- arrive promptly and work scheduled shifts consistently
