- knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- current valid serve safe food handler certificate preferred
- previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred

Job Duties
- Turn on equipment and warm up the coffee machine
- brew coffee according to established recipes and standards
- check the dates on any food and syrup to ensure they have not expired
- prepare fresh sanitizer solution for cleaning
- disassemble and wash the coffee machine and other equipment
- wipe counters and cabinets to maintain cleanliness
- ensure any food or drink is refrigerated at the appropriate temperature
- clean sinks thoroughly after use
- record any wasted products in a log for inventory purposes
- turn off any equipment and lights before closing
- sweep and mop the floors to maintain cleanliness
