Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Dependable and punctual
- Willingness to follow directions from management
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or food and beverage service
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Positive attitude and strong passion for hospitality
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic math skills for operating cash registers
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
- Serve ready to eat foods including pastries, muffins, biscotti, bagels, sandwiches, and salads
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding hospitality
- Operate cash register and self-service kiosks
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work and service areas
- Stock, organize, and rotate products and inventory
- Follow all safety and HSEQ policies and procedures
