Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry advantageous ability to work morning shifts on weekdays excellent communication skills basic math skills for cash handling ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks dependable with satisfactory attendance record willingness to comply with health safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented mindset adaptable and reliable no previous work experience required but preferred Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers take orders mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee espresso cappuccino cafe latte tea chai fruit blend drinks record all sales collect cash credit card electronic payments and operate a cash register clean coffee machines restaurant areas restrooms and preparation areas attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
