Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work is completed in a clean environment
- operate cash register to itemize purchases and process payments
- stock items and rotate coffee merchandise displays
- maintain understanding of current store programs and product locations
- notify department lead or manager when products and supplies need ordering
- comply with company policies on security, cash handling, and product handling
- maintain a clean and well-stocked department
- communicate company programs, specials, and coupons to customers
- follow safety guidelines and food safety expectations
- model high standards of customer service
- perform tasks in other departments as needed
- additional responsibilities may be assigned
