Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous barista, bartending, or food service experience preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work on your feet and stay upbeat in a lively, fast-paced environment
- Honolulu Liquor Commission Blue Card required (can be obtained upon hire)
- ServSafe Certification required (can be obtained upon hire)
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and positive cafe experience
- Prepare and serve handcrafted beverages and food items to recipe and presentation standards
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions using POS system
- Maintain stock levels, cleanliness, and organization of cafe areas
- Support cafe operations by completing opening and closing duties, restocking, and cleaning
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and security policies
- Be a team player and jump in wherever needed to keep the cafe running smoothly
