Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- basic math skills for cash handling
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- passion for coffee and delivering excellent service
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista preferred but not required
- friendly and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- familiarity with coffee machines and espresso making is a plus
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- team player willing to collaborate and assist colleagues
- attention to detail in beverage preparation and cleanliness
- flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare coffee and beverages skillfully following recipes and customer preferences
- greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- maintain knowledge about the café menu and provide recommendations
- keep the café area clean, organized, and stocked
- monitor and manage inventory levels
- accurately process payments and manage cash handling
- assist with coffee and snack service during club events and tournaments
- follow food safety and hygiene standards
- collaborate with the front desk staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation
