Job Qualifications
- Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions
- Can work carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
- Ability to work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather
- Can lift up to 50lbs
- Able to work on feet for hours
- Can climb a ladder and use a stepladder
- Can stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary
- Can safely walk in between and around cars in the drive-thru line
- Can safely use a utility knife
Job Duties
- Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly key them into the point-of-sale system
- Collect payments for orders and correctly count back change to customers
- Prepare all drinks and premixes accurately
- Move with urgency to serve customers promptly
- Stay productive and proactive throughout the shift, even during slow periods
- Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and positive body language
- Know the menu and drink customizations thoroughly to guide customers and offer suggestions
- Bring their best self to work daily, maintaining good hygiene and appropriate dress
- Familiarize themselves with shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores
- Always be clocked in and ready to work at assigned positions
- Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment following organizational standards and sanitation regulations
