Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as a barista or similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Experience working in luxury or upscale hospitality environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee types and brewing methods
- Ability to perform latte art is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Team-oriented and detail focused
- Flexible to work various shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Operate coffee machines and grinders with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Uphold all health and safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
