Job Requirements
- Have a positive energy and be ready to assist fellow support staff
- At least one year of barista or similar experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
- Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Constant standing or walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Duties
- Create, prepare, and serve the coffee beverages based on recipes and record drink orders accurately
- Receive and serve food and drink orders to guests seated at the bar
- Accept and process guest payment
- Report cash and credit card gratuities received to comply with IRS standards
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including coffee station and bar tops
- Wash and sterilize glassware
- Set up and breakdown all bar items
- Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
- Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager
